🌼 Community Week! 🌼
I will be offering a week of by-donation, in-person, individualized Feldenkrais for first-time clients.

The approach is called Functional Integration®, or FI for short. FI is a gentle, effective hands-on approach to learning that has a wide range of benefits.

Who benefits from Functional Integration?

- you want to stay active as you age
- you want to sustain a high level of performance
- you want to improve posture, balance, or breathing
-you suffer from repetitive stress injuries
-you want to restore function after injury
-you are living with chronic pain
-you have a neurological conditions
-you want to reconnect with your natural abilities to move, think, and feel
-you want to enhance your abilities, skill, and creativity
-you want to take your experiences of group Awareness Through Movement® lessons deeper

For the last 16 months, I've been offering online group classes. During that time, I graduated from the Boston Feldenkrais Training Program, got vaccinated, and started to see people in person for hands-on FI work!

"Functional Integration with Eve is such a wonderful invitation to rediscover how my body can move, hold itself up, and be at ease. Eve works in a gentle, collaborative, and insightful way. In turn, that helps trust my own body instead of being afraid of my injuries and chronic pain. That mind-body connection is so helpful for healing and renewal." - Matan BenYishay

Here is how David Zemach Bersin, Feldenkrais trainer, describes Functional Integration:

"Functional Integration is the individualized, hands-on approach of the Feldenkrais Method. Functional Integration lessons are gentle, pleasant and non-invasive. When you have a Feldenkrais treatment, you relax while a skilled Feldenkrais Practitioner gently moves parts of your body in order to create a sophisticated sensory-motor learning experience tailored to address your specific needs. These comfortable movements are non-stressful, and designed to communicate valuable neurological information to your brain in order to improve aspects of your posture, ease of movement, and flexibility."

I will be working until mid-August and then will take a break until September. Returning clients are of course welcome back! I will be teaching an online 6 week Awareness Through Movement® series starting June 28th called Your Coordinated Spine on Mondays at 12 EDT. It will be recorded so if you can't come live or are traveling, you can do the lessons on your own time. Here's the link to register for the ATM series.

Sounds good, right?
